We went to the 'Boomkroonpad' a while ago with our friends Marco & Erica and their three kids. You can walk a path that takes you to the tops of the trees, that's why it is called "treecrownpath". The kids had so much fun playing there!
There was a chainsaw sculpting competition going on there on the day we visited, they sure made great things!

A long, long time ago...

I know, I know, it has been far too long. But I've had loads of time to scrap the past week, so here's an update. I've changed my Project 365 in a 2009 Album by the way, makes it a little easier to fill an album I guess. I was way behind om my photo's and I like it better when I can skip boring days and make multiple layouts on the interesting parts.

Your own handwriting into a font

This is such a cool website! All you need is a printer/scanner and a black pen and in 10 minutes you have your own handwriting turned into a font, including numbers and all punctuations and specials you want. It even creates your signature so you can type ^and get your signature at the bottom.

I'll make you layout soon, since blogspot doesn't support other fonts, but I wanted you show you right away, so here is a quick sample.

I'm back with an old an a new template, and I'm learning new stuff every day. So template 2 is back, I saved it also in PNG-size for those of you who don't use photoshop. (in zip instead of rar to make it easier for most of you to open them). And I made a matching template to use on the other side of a two page layout.

I created this template. My first template was well received, so I thought I'dd share this one as as freebie well. You can use it for your Project 365 or for just a regular scrap page. It is in 12x12 inches and in landscape size. You can use one for a complete week or use two for a two page scrap.

Hindu Wedding Parveen

I wanted to scrap my niece's wedding photo's, but it was so hard! My own photo's weren't all that great, so I used a couple of sample photo's from the photographer for these layouts. The only problem is that they were very tiny (I blew the photo up 200% for this layout). And another hard thing was the fact that all photo's are colorfull and also full of detail - allmost anything you add to your layout takes it right over the top. But this is what I came up with:

Busy December...

Sorry, I don't have a lot of time to scrap or design... And when I do have some time, I like to take a minute to rest. Why is it that december is always so busy at work an everywhere else? The kids in school are getting more ADHD by the day with all the fun stuff and hardy any learning that is happening these last two, three weeks before Christmas Break.

Today some collegues and I went for a chrismas workshop and we created some pretty pieces (if I may say so myself). Check out the photo's for my artwork (and note: I'm not at all creative).

Since I somehow have a facination for those stamps (I am a teacher and I stamp lots of work the kids do, e.g. creative work) I would love to have those, but the French dates didn't seem that great to go on my blogpages, which I do in Dutch or English. So I asked her if she could do a set in English...
